We take pride in providing premium-quality smart door locks and professional installation services across Sri Lanka. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return After Installation
Once a door lock has been installed on the customer’s door, it will be considered used.
Therefore, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted under any circumstances after installation.
2. One-Time Purchase Policy
All smart door locks sold through Smartlock.lk are one-time purchases.
We do not accept returns, cash refunds, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or collected by the customer.
3. Model Change Not Allowed After Order Confirmation
After an order is confirmed and processed, model changes are not permitted.
Please ensure you have selected the correct model before placing your order.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or not functioning upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Our technical team will verify the issue, and if found to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will provide repair or replacement as per warranty terms.

Physical damage, improper use, or issues caused by unauthorized installation are not covered under this policy.
5. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
All pre-orders or custom-ordered models are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Warranty Support
Products sold by Smartlock.lk come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any issues after installation will be handled under warranty repair or replacement, not as a return or refund.
